Mass Editing WP Layout

I edited the layout of one of my posts on my website and I want to make all my posts mirror the edited one. How could I go about this?

If I didn't explain myself clearly enough, let's say that all my posts don't have Adsense ads on the sides and I changed the layout of one post so that it has the ads. How could I "mass edit" the layout of all the posts (without ads), so that they look like the edited one (with ads).

The best method would be to create a widgetized area in single.php and add your adsense code there. There is no auto way of updating all the posts at once. You will have to copy paste it manually which might get boring if there are lot of posts.

You can try using this plugin though and customize the CSS according to your needs...

  As the prior poster said you can add a widget.
  
  Other options would be to create a child theme and add it in the theme, or you can use a plugin to do it.

Use Quick Adsense plugin and use the between post area and paste the code there.
