Need some help with Flexsqueeze

I just installed Flexsqueeze on my site. After activating the theme I tried to change the layout to a squeeze page, but whenever I do so I get this error message:

"There was a problem saving your theme settings. First make sure your theme is installed properly in the wp-content/themes/flexsqueezeXX/ directory (with the XX being the current version number). Make sure you do not have duplicate theme folders (i.e. themes/flexsqueezeXX/flexsqueezeXX)! If that is correct, loosen the write permissions on style.css until you no longer see this message when saving. The default value is 644 on most servers, but you may need to increase it for your particular server."

And another error message beneath it:

"Your theme is not installed properly. Your theme files are currently located in the my-websitedotcom/wp-content/themes/flexsqueeze/flexsqueeze150/ folder. They should be located in the wp-content/themes/flexsqueeze150/ folder. You must correctly install the theme in order for the theme to function properly."

So I followed the instructions precisely, I checked the location of the installation and it was correct.

As per the instruction, I installed it as:
/wp-content/themes/flexsqueeze/flexsqueeze150/
NOT
/wp-content/themes/flexsqueeze/

But just to experiment I transferred the contents of flexsqueeze150 to flexsqueeze making it:

/wp-content/themes/flexsqueeze/

But the error this time is:

"Your theme is not installed properly. Your theme files are currently located in the my-websitedotcom/wp-content/themes/flexsqueeze/ folder. They should be located in the wp-content/themes/flexsqueeze/flexsqueeze150/ folder. You must correctly install the theme in order for the theme to function properly."

Can someone help me?

I also am confused of the part of the first error message saying:

"If that is correct, loosen the write permissions on style.css until you no longer see this message when saving. The default value is 644 on most servers, but you may need to increase it for your particular server"

By the way, I have a contract with 1and1 hosting and domain.

Please help me. Thanks everyone.
