How do you set up a wordpress site with optimisepress?

What is the easiest way to set up a site to be intergrated with optimisepress and wordpress?

My current understanding is that I need to purchase a domain, then get hosting, then download WP, install WP, install optimizepress.

I have no idea how to go this through wp.org/com.

This might help.

WordPress.com and*WordPress.org — Support — WordPress.com

OP is a theme so you'll need to be hosting your own installation of WP.

WP.com won't cut it.

A lot of hosting company these days have wordpress install available via a click of button on their control panel. So you can skip 3 and 4. Before you purchase hosting, look at the options available see if wordpress install is there.
