Issue in mobile phone devices compatibility for web app?

Hi Friends!
I have recently produced website for mobile phone devices http://www.mobilestore.pk it is for computer browsers only. I have now developed web app http://m.mobilestore.pk for my website. But during testing I found the web app for mobile devices is not working fine. Its appearance is very rough some functionality is not working too.

I am just new comer of jQuery Mobile and started working to just two weeks ago. Please help me how can i make this web app compatible for mobile phone devices.
