Is this a possible set up for a Blog?

Greetings,

I want to use the WP 2010 theme for my blog and Optimize Press for my squeeze page/funnel.

Do any of you know how to set this up on the same domain or is this not doable?

    You can set up separate WP installations either in a subfolder or on a sub domain and use one theme with each.

    It is doable... (with a plugin) but to keep it clean and less trouble it would, probably, be better to go as rhinocl suggested: 2 separate installs. And, if you use the MultiSite (MS) feature, you cold manage them from the same dashboard/admin.
