Critique our new website

We'd like to get as much useful feedback on our new site as possible on the overall look/feel of the site, usability, navigation etc. If you think something is missing that should be there, suggest it.

KB - our knowlegebase is still being transitioned.

Site: Premium Shared, Reseller, VPS & Dedicated Web Hosting Solutions

Note: Please do not reply to this thread with one-line responses such as "nice", "good" etc etc. We're looking for great responses and suggestions.

    well, visitors should not to see the pop-up veryfication window which appears after every single URL click?

    + this is a bit not serious, but you miss the big banner with phrase "Free" as all big hosting companies have on their sites

      Hi there,

      I've removed that pop-up. It seems to have been a script calling through a directory that we have an additional layer of security on.

      Regarding the "free" & the other big companies, we don't compete with them unfortunately.
