Is there a WP plugin for building your own page layouts?

Can anyone recommend a good wordpress plugin that would allow me to create my own layouts on a page where I can then add content and widgets etc. So I guess it would be like a drag and drop interface where you can build your own page elements and drop your content into. I did find one previously but forgot to bookmark it!

    It can be a bit tricky- there are other blogging platforms that might be easier. You can find people on Fiverr who will do it for you though for a good price. Also, there's so many wordpress themes out there that if you search hard enough you can usually find something that's at least close to what you were imagining.
