Hi friends,

I and my friends have just made a new SEO forum - http://www.seoerforum.com with a unique design. Of course, we have tons of works to do now because it's too new and less posts and members but It's great if you can give me some feedbacks to make my site better.

Please give me ideas about :
1, Site Design,
2, On Page SEO
3, Page Loading time
4, Layouts
5, Logo ( this, perhaps, I must find a graphic designer on WarriorForum.com know about Corel draw to re-design my logo , it's not good now)

    Design and color scheme is looking good and loading time is pretty ok for me. I would advice you to have a better logo for your forum

    Design and layout looks nice to me. Loading time is fast enough . But for onsite optimization, better to add description for each categories.

    Logo can be made better than the present one although favicon is ok but would be much better if the background of favicon image was transparent.

    Given that it's pretty much a standard XenForo install with some colour changes, not really much to comment on apart from it looks like XenForo (which is a pretty good design)

    2, On Page SEO
    Not relevant to design.

    3, Page Loading time
    Fast

    4, Layouts
    Fine. Nothing much to differentiate it from other forums though.

    Definitely needs work. The "er" looks like it is sliding away.

      Thanks for your good feedbacks, It's a do-follow forum with signature and post links are dofollow because I want it is where for SEOers get good backlinks. Still improving forum.

      Hope I will get more good ideas to make forum better looking!

    I really like the design and layout of your forum which I saw before as well but I think it will fine for the discussion board but if you want to change your layout then you have to consult with any Offshore Software Outsourcing Services who do better for your forum.
