I dislike the ad under the categories dropdown. Also; were it me, I would not use a dropdown for the categories at all (I think just listing them is fine; IMO makes them easier to use for the visitors that choose to use them).
I would consider changing the sidebar to the right of the navigation. Having the vertical ad in the content makes the page feel "split"; moving the side bar to the right would have a better flow.
Moving "recent articles" above categories would give them more visibility.
Again, all my opinion of course. You have to test different set ups and see what "feels" right and gives your visitors the best experience.
Oh; and seriously the free iphone popup is a little annoying after the 3rd or 4th... or 8th page load. Find some way to limit that.

Agree mostly with dv8domainsdotcom, free iphone popup is annoying. The cash for surveys banner does not look good right in the middle of the page. Privacy Policy, Site Map and Terms and Conditions tabs do not look good on the top menu navigation bar.

What exactly is your site about anyway? In the about us tab it says this site is here for people looking to get more information, information about what lol? Its way too vague and general. Your tagline says a blog for everything and everyone so I guess you have no specific niche content? Your articles seem health related so is that your niche or....? If you don't have a target keyword or niche you won't get found. You should pick one concept and go with that.

It looks clearly arranged to me. Although a bit boring concerning colors. I would place "disclaimer/terms/privacy policy/site map" somewhere in the footer.

I do agree with the "disclaimer/terms/privacy policy/site map" on the footer area so that the upper menu will look smaller and simple. So far everything looks clean and neat. Good Job!!!

1. Make your website look more professional
2. Have a stronger call to action. Right now, I don't exactly know what you want me to do once I visit your website
3. Make it crystal clear what your website is about / who it is for. Right now, I don't really see what the purpose is to your site.
4. Get more "social proof." Your website really needs to have people liking / sharing your content on social networking sites.

Are the Privacy Policy , Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, Site Map on a footer widget coz it looks so big?

Advantages:
Nice website, loads quickly. Layout is basic, but fine enough.

Disadvantages:
but to many ads, the purpose of the website (yes, each website has a purpose) is not clear.
