Dreamweaver alternative to email templates

Decided to go for the Adobe Creative Cloud but I only use Photoshop and Dreamweaver. To save me getting both, is there a good alternative to Dreamweaver for email marketing?

I currently design the emails in Photoshop, slice them up, then import the page into Dreamweaver and choose where each slice links to on the clients webpage.
Surely there's a solution that can do the same as this without me committing to Dreamweaver again?

Thanks for your help!

I used Photoshop and dreamweaver creating email for email marketing because that's what my client wants.. same with you, I design email in psd and I convert it in html/css, I enjoy doing that everytime my client asked me to do an email for him. Just wondering why are you looking for alternative way instead of using photoshop and dreamweaver?

Dreamweaver is one of the best tools instead you can use frontpage if you are using windows and office. Or you can use eclipse editor or netbeans to create html pages too
