I'd like to know how insert a table from a Word into WordPress page
(paste-and-copy destroying all the page!)

There is a plugin called WP-Table.
it works perfect for setting up tables in posts & pages.

I used to use WP-Table, but WP-Table-Reloaded is much better.

I agree, word for word...

I always used WP-Table, then I discovered WP-Table-Reloaded and I've switched.

TinyMCE Advanced Plugin. It's good. You'll have a number of text editing options including table insert. Download from here-
