I use ReviewAZON, it's a great Wordpress plugin and allows you a lot of flexibility from scheduling posts, posting randomly and amending any product description/excerpt to read as your own.

Wouldn't Google classify a reviewazon site as a "thin affiliate site" and deindex it? Is there a way to better balance the affiliate selling and posting with genuine usefuil content on an automated or semi-automated basis? Or can you just use them as PPC landing pages and profit that way? (But Amazon doesn't pay for sales from PPC traffic anymore right?) Is that only search?

At any rate I like the idea of a self updating, self growing automated blog but if nobody can find it how can you profit from it?

I'm sure Brad will answer this as well but the plugin allows you complete control over the product descriptions of your site so if you choose to you can write your own product descriptions or modify the ones pulled from Amazon. You can also place products with embedded afiliate links inline with posts, in other words you can place an amazon product or several products into your own post/page text.

My new site is already indexed by google, but I will be modifying the posts on my own site.

maverick4u: No matter what site you build or what tool you use it will never be completely automatic, there is always going to be a certain element of work to put in and for me that is the fun, building up a site and watching it succeed.

ReviewAZON is not meant to be an automated site creation tool although there will be folks who use it that way.

If you are looking for a complete site generation tool around Amazon products, there are plenty of scripts available to accomplish that goal.

As far as "duplicate content" I don't buy into it and I never will unless Google comes out and says we penalize for duplicate content. That debate still rages on here on the Warrior forum and there are lots of warriors that are making great money using RSS feeds and the like. Duplicate content is all around us these days and I haven't heard of one single person who has been de-indexed because of it. From what I know about duplicate content, you don't want to have the same content on pages within your own site.

I have blocked the ReviewAZON demo sites from being indexed in the search engines primarily because I use them in PPC campaigns. I don't want them indexed because free traffic is not what I am using them for at the moment, but when I decide to turn them into "content" sites I will add meaningful content and supplement that content with ReviewAZON product reviews and advertising.

Don't get caught up in what BANS users did months ago and create sites that have no customer value what so ever. If you do, then yeah, you will get your site de-indexed.

Using ReviewAZON to supplement your content by drip feeding product reviews over a period of time is a great way to get users coming back to your site to see what you have to say about other products related to your niche.

There is a lot of misinformation out there about Amazon and PPC traffic. If you use PPC to drive traffic to YOUR site or landing page and the customer clicks a link off YOUR site or landing page, yes you will be paid commission. If you link directly from PPC advertisers to Amazon, you will not be paid commission.

I am not sure what you mean in terms of "how to profit from it". You build a site with meaningful content, sprinkle in a few affiliate links and advertisements that are related to your niche and start making money. It's that simple. It doesn't really matter how you promote, PPC/orgainc traffic/forum/backlinks etc, you just have to have what the customer is looking for in terms of content and persuade them to click on your links and buy a product. It sounds easy, but we all know it isn't or everyone would be a successful internet marketer.

Lots of sites will be indexed by Google and the other search engines. The longevity of those sites depend on what you are offering the reader/user of your blog plus all the other variables such as site promotion, backlinks and all the other ways to get your blog noticed.

Yes it can be automated quite easily, if you are planning on getting organic traffic though I wouldn't just use the duplicated posts/pages, it is an idea to re-write or write your own so you have control over the on page SEO aspect and quality etc. Of course if you are driving traffic using PPC methods this may not be of huge importance to you.

I have been using this plugin for sometime now, and I can honestly say it is one of the better investments I have made online! Brad has done a terrific job - and also offers first rate support. Anyone unsure as to whether or not to get...don't be silly! It is a winner!

I never used to use amazon, but after the collapse of the Ebay Partner Network, I have shifted a lot of my sites over to amazon and, thanks to this plugin, it is paying dividends. I dare say I am earning slightly more.

As for them being 'thin affiliate sites', well that is down to you. Obviously anyone can throw up thin affiliate sites using this plugin, hell, you could fill an entire site within minutes. The point is that it is down to you to use it in the correct manner. Personally, I find it is great for hitting good product based keywords, for filling out and beefing up some of my existing sites and for setting to autopost when I cannot think of anything to put up on my site that day/week! It is also great when used in conjuction with PPC

All in all, it is an A+ from me!!

would it be fair to say for those who don't know PPC or not planning to use PPC this is not for them. I have used wprobot and what i can tell it failed my wordpress sites because of duplicate contents.

ReviewZon uses same structure to populate wordpress sites, i am afraid it wouldn't work for Organic traffic. I have asked this earlier in some other forum, response i received Reviewzon is for ppc otherwise it wouldn't get indexed just because of duplicate content issue.

can some one throw some light on duplicate content with ReviewZon.

This is the mistake that a lot of people make, yes it will work well with PPC but no it won't work well if you simply populate a site with nothing but Amazon product information as you are simply going to have any of your website results displayed in 'removed results'. The best way to use it is to use the content to monetize a website which has other content, you would write decent 'guide' pages/articles which are unique and then link them to your 'money' pages which are you amazon review pages. It's all about funnelling your traffic in the right direction.

ReviewAZON works perfectly well if you use it right, anyone who tells you that you can fill a website with duplicate content and get good organic search traffic from it is lying.

I just wanted to stop by and say that I bought Reviewazon the day it was released and I am a big fan. It is really easy to install and to use and Brad is super quick at responding if you get stuck. I made a really stupid mistake when setting it up on one of my sites and he kindly logged into my WP install to spot the error and fix it.

You can use it to add the Amazon review to an individual post or to set up bulk posts to just publish over time.

I use it on two ways.

1. Blue Archipelago Reviews | Book Reviews This is my book review site. I read books and review them and use the plugin to add the Amazon info to the review as well. This allows people to buy the book but also to read other people's reviews.

2. Playhut Disney Princess Slumber Bed Lounger | Operation Pixie Dust Store - as an Amazon store. I have a website dedicated to Disney World and I installed WP on a sub-domain to make a store which just uses the bulk posts Reviewazon option. Every few weeks I go in and load up some new products to drip feed over the next month or so. No unique content on here at all as traffic is supposed to be driven from my website not from the SERPS. That said it does rank and I do get SE traffic.

If you want to make money with Amazon this is the plugin to use - you can also incorporate eBay but I've never bothered with that bit. Works great with the Info Product Killer program too :0

I purchased this ReviewAzon plugin a while back online. One of the most expensive plugins I've ever purchased.
I heard there was an update available so I visited the site and it does have a post confirming the update. But it refers you to the forum which is now LOCKED. No questions,comments,etc allowed.
So I tried to send a request via a "contact" form on the site,but that doesn't function any longer either.
Does anyone have any info on whether their is any support available for this product any longer.
The plugin was supposed to come with lifetime upgrades and support.

I got ReviewAzon a few months back and am generally happy with it.

You still need to be able to tweak and adjust several Wordpress settings, so it's not quite set and forget but it is a great help in making Amazon friendly sites look good.

Yes, ReviewAZON is still supported and is alive and well. In fact, we just went through a major site re-design and soft launched ReviewAZON Pro v2.0 this morning.

The upgrade (which is free for all existing customers, and we NEVER charge for updates or upgrades) is now available in the member only support forum under the ReviewAZON Pro forum section.

It's also available for purchase now from the new reviewazon.com website.

Tons of new features are included as well as updates for the new Amazon API changes that go into effect on October 25, 2011.

Brad has done a terrific job - and also offers first rate support. Anyone unsure as to whether or not to get...don't be silly! It is a winner! I never used to use amazon, but after the collapse of the Ebay Partner Network, I have shifted a lot of my sites over to amazon and, thanks to this plugin, it is paying dividends. I dare say I am earning slightly more. As for them being 'thin affiliate sites', well that is down to you. Obviously anyone can throw up thin affiliate sites using this plugin, hell, you could fill an entire site within minutes. The point is that it is down to you to use it in the correct manner. Personally, I find it is great for hitting good product based keywords, for filling out and beefing up some of my existing sites and for setting to autopost when I cannot think of anything to put up on my site that day/week! It is also great when used in conjuction with PPC All in all, it is an A+ from me!!

I have used wprobot and what i can tell it failed my wordpress sites because of duplicate contents. ReviewZon uses same structure to populate wordpress sites, i am afraid it wouldn't work for Organic traffic. I have asked this earlier in some other forum, response i received Reviewzon is for ppc otherwise it wouldn't get indexed just because of duplicate content issue. can some one throw some light on duplicate content with ReviewZon.

The best way to use it is to use the content to monetize a website which has other content, you would write decent 'guide' pages/articles which are unique and then link them to your 'money' pages which are you amazon review pages. It's all about funnelling your traffic in the right direction. ReviewAZON works perfectly well if you use it right, anyone who tells you that you can fill a website with duplicate content and get good organic search traffic from it is lying.

It is really easy to install and to use and Brad is super quick at responding if you get stuck. I made a really stupid mistake when setting it up on one of my sites and he kindly logged into my WP install to spot the error and fix it. You can use it to add the Amazon review to an individual post or to set up bulk posts to just publish over time. I use it on two ways. 1. Blue Archipelago Reviews \| Book Reviews This is my book review site. I read books and review them and use the plugin to add the Amazon info to the review as well. This allows people to buy the book but also to read other people's reviews. 2. Playhut Disney Princess Slumber Bed Lounger \| Operation Pixie Dust Store - as an Amazon store. I have a website dedicated to Disney World and I installed WP on a sub-domain to make a store which just uses the bulk posts Reviewazon option. Every few weeks I go in and load up some new products to drip feed over the next month or so. No unique content on here at all as traffic is supposed to be driven from my website not from the SERPS. That said it does rank and I do get SE traffic. If you want to make money with Amazon this is the plugin to use - you can also incorporate eBay but I've never bothered with that bit. Works great with the Info Product Killer program too :0

One of the most expensive plugins I've ever purchased. I heard there was an update available so I visited the site and it does have a post confirming the update. But it refers you to the forum which is now LOCKED. No questions,comments,etc allowed. So I tried to send a request via a "contact" form on the site,but that doesn't function any longer either. Does anyone have any info on whether their is any support available for this product any longer. The plugin was supposed to come with lifetime upgrades and support. Thanks for any feedback. elaway

You still need to be able to tweak and adjust several Wordpress settings, so it's not quite set and forget but it is a great help in making Amazon friendly sites look good.
