Did My Coder Do A Good Job with CSS Changes?

I hired a coder to make some changes to my css. The site seems to load much slower now. Did he do a good job?

    I think he did well, but testimonials box on your site need a "margin-bottom" or space with main layout.

    Seems like the CSS is well coded. Though there are a few gripes on the responsive styles, resize your window to have a look.

    Sometimes, javascript on website makes the site load slower. You should also check the database structure so that info's would reflect at ease
