Footer Boilerplate

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but it seemed the closest.

I have my web design all ready to go, but I need to put in the legalese at the bottom. You know the stuff you see on every website. The disclaimer, terms of use and privacy policy.

Since I am not a lawyer (although I have a good idea of what I want those to cover) is there a place where I can find good boiler plate for these so I don't inadvertently miss something important?

    If you search Google there are pages of results, including free ones and this one that seems to have it all WP Policy Pack Plugin
