Add a form with delivery address and message with a buy it now button

I run a greetings card company we'd like to start selling cards direct through our webpage.

I'm looking to add a simple form with a name box, delivery address and message with a buy it now button which then goes to PayPal with the delivery details prefilled - is this possible?

If this is not possible through PayPal is there another ecommerce solution anyone could recommend?

I'd need the fees to be super low since I'd be using PayPals micropayments.
