how and what to improve..

a few navigation links need to be repaired. please help.

Your site look nice but too plain my opinion.

What is the feeling of "Spark"? Overall used images do not give me the feeling.

1. I recommend you to improve on header image/fonts, plus put some amazon banner or adsense on the top.

2. The adsense on the right sidebar seems not fit enough. Change the size or adjust the sidebar.

3. Right sidebar at "Diet Plans Tips". The content seems outlined. check your <li> in Firefox and you will see its alignment is not correctly.

Site is blank for me. I can see your source code but the browser is all white. Using FireFox 3.

i have this display problem and will contact the webhost. which browser is better and less problem?

One thing I just noticed is: The containers for the ads are wider than the ads themselves. It would look a lot more neat and professional if they fit properly. I think you should work on that...

Im talking about the adsense and amazon ads.

You need a Logo.
Page is Too long, lower # of posts to view on home page.
I disagree with showing an amazon up top.
The first 250 lines of your code is most important for SEO.
if in that zone if ads, it doesnt get you indexed for who / what you are.

Your site looks good, Shortcut tabs on the top can be modified since its not so much of attraction. Some more concentration has to be done on the navigation tabs and even the fonts of it. Look as a visitor you would feel there are some changes to be done, do all those.

Expecting changes on your site.

thanks Guys...i really apprecite all yourgenerous comments! i'll update the site and will let you know.. DuncSTL i didnt notice about that first 250 with SEO..i'll replace the text with better content, a more targeted one..

You dont have appropriate meta tags.

It looks that on left ad you can fit almost 160x600.

good site. but the color of site is no warm or friendly. you can add blue or orange for more atrraction. and adsense, it's nice look if you remove line and use same color between content or link with adsense code

There is some problem with your site. Could not see anything in it, though the browser indicated that I had reached it.
Check it out, it is some intermittent problem since I saw a comment about the site.
