Need Suggestion for choosing CSS Framework

Hello all,

i am newbie in website designing. i am wishing to learn a new css framework. i have worked with Zurb Foundation 4 and it was good. but do there is any other good framework then it? my first priority is not responsiveness. the framework should make me able to do good css designing , and also have some good javascript functions. and do bootstrap is better then foundation 4? please suggest me any one good css framework.

    You should create your own css framework, It's waste of time to find a css framework. Css framework make your file css size bigger than you write css file.

      @yestyle yes you are absolutly right. but i need something to help me in layout, for example in foundation 4 the thing which i mostly used was only grids , columns , n row ( means things which are helping me to make layout) so can you suggest me something for this.

    I wouldn't make your own, by all means do but you are essentially handicapping yourself and creating extra work. Personally I would take bits of code from a framework such as foundation/bootstrap/pure and minify them to your personal needs. I have used a few CSS frameworks and have condensed them significantly due to not using half of the components out of the box.

    I also prefer working with a compass/sass development environment, but I wanted to work with bootstrap, so I went ahead and sourced some bootstrap sass files, I found this worked really well.

    End of the day it boils down to, what you comfortable with, have you used it before? Take the time to learn but at the same time get stuck in and don't be afraid to try different things!

    try twitter bootsrap it is a good css framework i think it is easy to learn
