Hello,

I am new to this forum and have looked around and it has tons of great info. I'm trying to get an affiliate program on it, but may take some time since the forms are from a reseller hosting site, kinda hard to get them to integrate something like that. My best trait is in Design, so if anyone can lead me in the right direction.

I am willing to trade some design work if it seems that it would be an equal trade for both of us, check out my site mediaihost.com - design and hosting. Or just leave any comments on the site or how it can make it better.

Thanks,
RM

Just another question and this just maybe me being a designer, why do all these sale sites look like they were created in 1990. lol What does yours look like? Don't get me wrong you maybe making alot from it and why change it, I wouldn't. Maybe on your new upcoming sites, good design and good conversions would help. I'll be here.

    Thanks,
    RM

There are many sites that dont have what most would consider an A+ design quality that rake in loads of cash. Lots of times people dont really care about the design - they are all about the content and whether or not it speaks to them and what they are after. Sometimes a low quality or "amatuer" appearing design fits with a companys low price image. For example ID be more likely to buy from an amatuer looking site with lower prices than a professional looking site with the same prices just because the amateur one looks more authentic to me. Its basically the psychology of it. High quality design works best when you are presenting a high end product or service, trying to project an image of being a large company or service or are in the design industry by trade.

Your site is using a background image for text in the header (specifically your contact info). That is a big no-no for SEO. Always use html text for as much as possible and there is no reason not to use html text there. Also, your h1 tag in the header isnt very readable and is extendign over the right side of the image (Im looking at it on Firefox). Otherwise the code of the page is very clean (css table-less, li tags for nav - this is good). You are using h1 and h2 tags for your main headings which is good. make sure you are usiong your targeted keysowrds in the h1 - h3 tags. The industry you are targeting is very saturated so you will have your work cut out for you - good luck!

It's not a bad site. My biggest issue with it is the text on your header graphic. The graphic is tall, what is it doing for you? It looks nice... but is it benefiting the user? The white text is unreadable on top of it. Separate the text from the graphic, overlay it on a flat color.
