Estimated time to redesign?

I have a user dashboard, with 12 different pages. The current design is simply very basic, just form field & radio button type, charts type. If I need to design the current dashboard to very fluid design, how much time can it take? Would it be completed within 2 weeks? I know, no one can estimate time based on blah blah blah... Just by estimation, for a 12 page user backend, what time would it require to redesign the ugliest UI to eye catching design.
