Can't Access Wordpress Site After Changing Domain

I just finished helping a friend do a total makeover on his Wordpress web site. Everything was working fine on the site and domain he was using.

Yesterday afternoon, he switched the site to a new URL (both old and new URL's hosted on Hostgator). The site now appears under the new domain name, but the Wordpress login will no longer recognize our username/password to allow access (he did not change either of those).

Also I notice that clicking on the event calendar or nav tabs, it responds VERY slowly or not at all.

Any thoughts or comments as to what might be going on are appreciated. Note, I am not a 'tech guru', I just know how to modify a Wordpress site.

    You can change the username and password in the MySQL database, there are plenty of tutorials out there if you Google it.

    Hopefully you have this all resolved by now. It is a pretty simple fix and all of the WordPress links above should help you get it all worked out. Good luck.

    enter to ur wordpreess database
    change all the links from previous domain to current domain.

    Looks like you ran into some database complications.
    Go into your PHPMYADMIN (Usernames/Passwords).
