How to use repeat on background

Hi im new to web design
i created a website with a nice layout but when i try to write a long article te letters go way down messing the design, is there a way to extend the website as necessary? i know is soomething about repeat command? help pls?

    Use this color outer body of the DIV part. You are using 2 Body in your website but it should be one only. We can't use 2 body in 1 style sheet.

    First of all - from coding point of view... it is not really nice. Sorry.

    As your HTML is set now, it will never work. Because your sidebar is INSIDE the content container div and with a defined height of pictures; i.e. it extends vertically only as far as the content in it goes (iamges of dogs, in your case).

    Either get a template that is coded correctly or search and learn how code a 100% length sidebar.
