Need help on Host Gator SiteBuilder

Somehow or another I've messed my page width on all pages on my web site and even on this page. I need to know how to change the width so that its somewhere in the 700 to 800 pixel range. At least when it's being viewed. I'm sure this is a simple process but I sure can't figure it out.
Can anyone help me?

    Does site builder allow you to view the html?
    Are you using any tables or images that might be pushing out the size?

    Yes I can view the HTML and not being too sharp on it I don't see an obvious solution. I do see a bunch of 100% area that may be what I need. My website URL is in my sig.
    I don't think I'm using something that pushes it but not knowing much about things like that it's possible.
