I need help finding a certain typ of theme...

Could someone recommend a WordPress, HTML theme, search engine script, etc that can be used If someone wanted to create a web site that is an affilate "publisher" site for website theme/template developers "advertisers"?
The site would give the site visitor the ability to search for different types of themes by:

Type
Price
Responsive
Category etc.

The search result would display a page with thumbnail images of the website themes, giving some details about the theme and a choice to:
Purchase - which would send the visitor to the developers "advertisers" website with my affiliate code
or
Get more info - which would take the visitor to another page with detailed information and a choice to see a demo or purchase which would take the visitor to the "advertisers" site along with my affiliate code.

I have looked at WordPress themes but I couldn't find one that was made just for this type of niche. There are some nice Real Estate and Photography WordPress themes that would work, but the "labels", "features", and "fields" are hard coded and I don't want to have to go into the PHP files to make the changes.

I have also found some nice HTML themes, but they don't have the search capabilities that WordPress has.

There's a site "themesfinder dotcom that uses a search engine type of deal that people can search and find different themes which is really nice
