I Need Urgent Help With Changing My SMF Forum Template/Layout To Be Like This Website's Own!

You all a doing a great job here, and thanks to Warriorforum for this rare opportunity.
I own a niche forum, Nigeria Kitchen | Our Food! Our Pride!! - Index and I used Simple Machines Free Forum software to create it, but I need my forum to have certain functions like they have on: Nairaland Forum
What are the functions I need:
1. I need my forum to have a front page template where I can push relevant topics to like its done on nairaland.com
2. I need a script that will help my forum to display users and guests viewing a particular thread when one opens that thread.
3. I need a script or plugin for live chat and maybe instant messaging on my forum for users.
Pls I need a detailed response as I am not too good with the technical and html/php codings.
Finally, how do I remove the SMF copyright message at the bottom of my forum? It clearly tells users that its free and from SMF, any solution to remove it will be greatly appreciated.
