Greetings!

Have you tried using the buro theme from woothemes?

This theme is responsive but when I viewed my site, my header image became very small.

Anyone has experienced this same? How did you fix it?

    I agree with RobinInTexas....what's your url?
    I'll add that woothemes creates good themes.
    Your header image is responsive just like like any other image/video on the site when the viewport is reduced. It's supposed to.
    However, Buro uses @mediaqueries and resizes at specified viewport sizes so you can adjust what is shown/hidden or what changes with each change in the viewport. Slowly adjust the viewport size of your browser horizontally and you'll see the responsiveness change as the specified @mediaqueries size is reached.

    You'll want to read the woothemes docs regarding @mediaqueries and using your child themes stylesheet.
