What template/system are these guys using to make these identical sites?

This is basically a sales funnel that has a profile creation component...allowing people to register a profile and then use the funnel for their own marketing by affiliate coding the pages to their profile.

As you can see, these are different sites, run by different people...but they are virtually identical...

WHAT DID THESE GUYS USE TO MAKE THESE SITES? What system is behind this website template?

(I can't find any sort of "powered by" or any sort of branding at all)

Online Pay Day System | Signup
Internet Pay Day System

Internet Pay Day System | Signup
Get Paid Daily

EZ Internet Payday System | Signup
EZ Internet Payday System

I've come across maybe half a dozen sites that have this exact same setup and layout and functionality and graphics.

What system utilizes this template/allows you to create this website?

No, that's not how ZNZ works. They don't give you any marketing tools. Plus, if they gave you everything to set up the funnel yourself, there would be no need for "step 3" of signing up to get your own ID for the funnel you went through.

This is some kind of CMS package, or more likely some kind of service by a 3rd party marketing tools site.

Anyone got any ideas which specific one it might be, or the company providing the service?

they are using a self-hosted Autoresponder cgi script for the form and it looks like a custom script for the rest of the site

Custom script? But then the question becomes how did (at least) half a dozen people wind up with exactly the same funnel? You think all those people hired the same designer? And he just reused the same template for all their sites?
