    Looks custom built - why not get an oDesk designer to make a similar template?

    It looks pretty easy to make with Visual Composer, not themed as such as brett mentioned try odesk or have you checked themeforest etc as loads on there just get one similar and edit

    don't know how good or experienced your design skills are but you will have to buy some plugin or theme don't think you will be able to do free hope this helps a bit cheers Simon
