Custom WordPress design - recommendations?

Hello,

I'm looking forward to redesign one of my sites that is built on a free WordPress theme.

To be more exact, I'm looking for a full-service that redesigns my site, creates custom logos/header, changes fonts, colors and so on...

.. BUT, the site speed should stay at the same level as it is now.

Any good designers to recommend? How much is this going to cost (approx.)?
