How hard is it for someone who's techno knowledge is average, to transfer a complete Wordpress site to another host?

    Were you asking as a general question, or did you need some help doing a transfer? Let me know if you need some help.

    Otherwise, you can do it fairly easily if you have cPanel on both hosts, in around 30min. If not, a little longer but still fairly easily.

    If you need the steps, let me know and I'll type them out here for you.
