Showing wrong links in search results

I have a wordpress site and now I am facing a serious problem. When I search for a certain term related to my blog post, in search result it links to "TAG" directory instead of original post.:confused::confused:

For eg: mysite.com/tag/install-wordpress-on-000webhost

I want help to clear this, it is really increasing my bounce rate.
Please help me.

    it is not bad, you only want to the post gainingsed by google, and it is really gainings. The result means google first gainings your post is from tag. Don't worry about it.

    Dont use tags in post when you create new posts .

                  I only desribe basic tips... No advanced tips, its for new born kids in this area.... And I am not pretending like a pro, may be you misunderstand me. Any way thanks for your time, I guess I can't get an answer from here
