Personalized text widget per user? Please help!

Hello,

I have a membership site where I want to let each user know how many entries they have entered into for a giveaway each month. So if they have entered 3 times so far this month I would like to have it displayed on the sidebar so they know.

I don't mind manually keeping track and writing the messages myself, so automation is not an issue.

But i need to be able to customize the message for each user. So if user A has entered 3 times an user B has only entered 1 time, I want to be able to display each users correct amount on their sidebar.

I know this may be a long shot but does anyone know of a plugin that I can use to make this happen?

Any suggestions as to how I would go upon doing this?

Your help is very much appreciated.

Thank you for your time.

      Not until you make clear statements about:
      - the membership script you are using;
      - what is an "entry" in your website/giveaway;
      - your level of skills handling PHP or any other language your memberhsip site based on...
      Signature

        Alright. I'm using S2Member to run my memberships. An "entry" would be the same as putting a users name into a hat for a giveaway drawing. The more "entries" you have, the more times your name gets put into the drawing.

        My level of skills handling coding in any way is fairly new. This is my first website. Although I do learn quickly and am doing fairly well.

    It's going to require some coding/skill even with a plugin.
    You might try a plugin such as widget logic or similar but it's not turn-key and still requires some skill.
    I don't really know the details of your setup/theme/etc.... so I really can't tell you exactly what you need for code.
    It shouldn't be too costly to just have someone write up the code for you but they will need a lot more detail and access.
