SEO Title Issue - Yoast Plugin

I'm having some issues with the SEO Title.
In every post I have manually set the site Title to say something but it always adds the below add the end...
- What is MyFunLife?


For example:
I have written:
MyFunLife Review - My Personal Experience!
But in Google it shows:
MyFunLife Review - My Personal Experience! - What is MyFunLife?


Any idea why? it does this on every page/post...


My website is:
What is My Fun Life? - My Personal Experience!

    I checked your HTML code, the title is "MyFunLife Review - My Personal Experience!". This issue is pretty weird. You should sign up for Google Webmaster Tools and check if there is any issues in it.

    Thanks for going out of your way to check. It is a very weird issue... Google Webmaster Tools doesn't show any issues as well...
    I'm hoping it'll fix when Google Crawls my website again.... very strange...
