How do you take full length screenshots?

Hi,

I'm wondering how to take full length screenshots of WordPress themes with features like sticky nav bars or 'back to top' buttons, as when I try to take screenshots of such themes they don't look right. But I know it can be done.

So how do you do it?

Say I wanted to take a full length screenshot of this theme, for example.

    Fireshot can do full-page captures.

I'm sure there's some other ones out there that can as well, but that's the one I use.

      Hi All,

Download Awesome Screenshot plugin, one of the best source for capturing full length screenshot. Even you can highlight the important part in the screenshot.

      Thanks.

You need to provide the URL and then Super Screenshot will take a little time to capture the screenshot. It will show you the thumbnail view of the screenshot where you can choose the desired size of that page.

To take a screenshot of wordpress page any other page you can use firefox add-ons like screen grab or fireshot. If you are using window 7, then go to start menu, type snipping tool on search and click it to capture the selected area on the screen.

In taking full length screenshot, it is better to use an application that is specifically design to handle this type of function. One of the program that you can use is Webpage Screenshot. I often use it in grabbing the entire page of social media sites like Facebook, and it works well.
