you know whenever you post a new post

it will always stay at the top...over those past posts

is it possible to make your new post go below your past posts?

if you know what I mean.
#blog #spot
  • WordPress posts are organized from newest to oldest. Are you asking if there is a way to reverse this and make WordPress showcase oldest to newest?

Well, making a post sticky will get the job done. Just make your previous post sticky which you want to be above your newly published post. Thats a best way to do it without using a plugin.

Hope you have latest wordpress veersion. Go to your list of posts. Just beside edit you will see 'quick edit' option. Click it. On the right hand you will tags and just below that a check box for making the post sticky. Check the image below. Update it and its all set. Nothing complicated.

Is your blog a wordpress one or a blogger one. If it is a blogger blog you can change the post date settings to a future date.

For reversing the order of posts (i.e. from the default newest on the top > to oldeest on the top)... using "sticky" is a stupid idea!
