WordPress Job Posting or HR Plugin?

Hello Warriors,

I am trying to find a plugin, or other solution (a separate CMS?) for a WordPress client who has a bunch of on-boarding forms for new hires, and wants to collect the on-boarding data (i.e. addresses, drivers license numbers, bank account number for their employee's to direct deposit their checks to etc) for each new employee by having them manually fill in the fields through the website. They then want the info summarized, so they can print it out, sign it and mail it in to their main office.

Much like filling out an online job application, it sounds like they need some type of form software that they just need to fill in the blanks, which then summarizes the info so they can print it out.

Does such a solution (paid or free) exist? Not sure how companies who do online job applications are collecting the data - seems like some kind of plugin or component would be widely available for the task, but I can't seem to find one.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Will otherwise outsource if necessary.

Interesting - I couldn't find it directly from the WordPress site when searching, but when I went to Google and did a search for 'Online job application WordPress' I found a good query of results.

Regardless, if you could please provide feedback about any pitfalls, or endorsements of particular plugins you are using or have used would be greatly appreciated,

Just as a quick follow up, I thought I'd provide the solution I had found to building my own new hire onboarding / job application plugin.

Many of the online application plugins & scripts I came across were either very expensive, or severely lacked flexibility or options I really needed.

Thankfully, I ended up finding & using 123contactform.com - and let me tell you, it is a wonderful solution. I ended up building a 26 page new hire enrollment form that worked great. I built it from scratch to be exactly what my client needed. You can use their WYSIWYG editor to build the form page(s), or HTML code it yourself if you like. It integrates nicely right onto a page of my client's website.

123contactform.com offers all different types of varieties of fields that you basically drag & drop into your form for the user to fill out, including email addresses, names, text boxes where they fill out text, radio buttons (where you make the radio button choices), check boxes (where you make the box choices), page breaks, drop down menus (where you choose the options in the drop down menus), conditional field options (i.e. where if one variable has a certain selection, then a 2nd field appears which is only applicable to users who choose the selection that requires this 2nd field). You can choose not only what the radio buttons, or check boxes say, but how many boxes or radio buttons are available to be checked etc. It has the ability to let you decide if your fields are required fields or just optional etc. It has the ability to set certain fields as default answers. It has a digital signature option where the applicant signs their signature using their mouse as a pen, which the copy of their signature can be emailed to you along with all of the information they provided on the form.

In short 123contactform.com is a high level, wonderful solution for surveys, job applications, or any other type of form you may want to build.

I know that there is another solution called Gravity Forms, which sounds similar, but I didn't try that solution - but may be worth checking into for some people.

Anyway, I hope if someone else here is trying to figure out what to do to create a questionnaire, form, online application, or a good lead capture solution - that they will take a closer look at 123contactform.com - I did, it worked great, and I plan to use it again in the future for any similar projects.
