Which wordpress theme to use for business directory

I wan't to create a online business directory for my locality, or wider, I have done all other thing for creating that, except choosing a wordpress theme for my site, I am between two alternatives,

2. Templatic Directory : Directory WordPress Theme: Create a Global Business Directory With WordPress ... Price: 99$
Please if you know something about those wordpress themes, help me choosing one of them, tell me some of the features of themes that will make me choose one of them, so tell me which is better for my or my new website..

    I usually use Inove theme for almost everything. Search it in Google. You may not find it within the WP backoffice
