How did these get designed?

Hey guys,

I'm trying to comb through the source code of these two pages to figure out what program they were designed in...problem is, I'm coding illiterate save for the few wordpress tricks I know...

Can you tell me what was used to design these two sites?

Well, the first one is just Wordpress and the footer says designed by Unique Blog Designs | Custom Web Site, Mobile & Blog Development

Just for the record:

As it turned out both sites were made with CMS (content management systems) which use TEMPLATES for defining the presentation of the content.

It also means the sites were NOT designed with the CMS because no CMS system was ever invented to "design" with. Somebody - a designer/coder - made the templates in some kind of program... although I am afraid the OP wasn't asking about those software.

First onne is a WP site as stated, with tcs-2014 wordpress theme.

And as stated previously, the second is a simple Drupal site.
