    Hey Gareth,

    Why not go down the CMS route? (Wordpress/Drupal/Joomla etc)

    I presume your primary focus is Android/mobile development - so why waste valuable dev time on the site when there are a zillion gorgeous templates to tweak to your liking?

    Just a thought.

    Best of luck!

    I like it gareth, looks good

    The design actually looks nice and smooth, very corporative, but it feels a bit "outdated" to me. Maybe because of the structure (menu on the left side).

    What I would do, and you can easily do that since you are a coder, is to change that menu on the left to the bottom of the page, and make the content full width. Kind of like what a wordpress theme would look like.

    Since you already have the navigation bar at the top, it wouldn't affect the navigation. You can also add a small subscription box/form on the bottom right corner of your header image.

    Wow thanks - I also thought it looked OK as a business site but a fancy designer guy told me it was total trash.

    But this is not a design site its a business site.

    I started coding it today & will add some jquery effects like an animated techno text on the header

    Maybe some jquery banner offers etc

      * Nice header image.
      * Top menu is fine
      * The left is does not look so nice, too much empty space
      * Font size can be increased a bit I think
      Overall, I would rate it 5.

      It looks good. Nice clean and informative layout. I agree it looks a little corporate. The top banner could be a slider and you could introduce a variety of images that exposure benefits and tie in your theme more.

      I also agree you could use WordPress and find a theme pretty much like this with all the dynamic features, sliders, etc. built in or available with a plugin.

      All the best with your site.

    I hand coded an initial template but then decided to see if I could replicate it in xsitepro

    www.track-n-test its still in rather primitive form at time of posting but I intend to add a jquery text to the header near the robots mouth

    Will theme a wordpress blog in a separate folder to match the site

    Should have most of it setup by a weeks time & will then just be adjusting the content & sales pitch/offers
