My url goes to namecheap

Hello all

This just started happening.

If I type my url as wwwdotdomaindotcom it takes you to a namecheap page, I have my domains at namecheap.

But if you type http://domaindotcom (without the www) it goes to the site. Can someone explain this. Also, it is a wordpress site

    Can't tell without the actual url, but your nameserver records are likely wrong.

    Once you've pointed dns to your web host, you should be good.

    If you don't have a clue on how to set up dns correctly, get namcheap support to do it for you. They'll do it free... and fast ;-)

    If your nameservers are set correctly, it'll go to the site no matter which way you type it. Contact Namecheap support. They'll tell you what you need to do.
