I see it on lots of sites. I want the plugin that slides in as you scroll to the bottom of the page. See below page.

Ive seen many sites us the same thing. Same colours and everything so it has to be some kind of off the shelf plugin.

That's customized jQuery Waypoints: Scroll Analytics with jQuery Waypoints. Scroll down.

The only difference is that site example you gave - inserted fb like box into the content of jQuery Waypoints. I haven't seen exact plugin like that, but take a look at here:
WordPress › facebook like box « Tags « WordPress Plugins

Maybe you'll find something. If not, and you know bit jQuery, you can use this plugin and some of the widgets from directory to create this exact effect.

Its simple scroll function . After the scroll the box here just insert the facebook like box. You can get your facebook page code from here
