Well, they need a lot of work, that's for sure. I suggest you start with the basics by following tutorials from sites w3schools, nettuts, and sixrevisions.

    Hi Jman

What are u trying to sell or what is the theme of your website.
It seem like it is very messy. How about doing some research
    before u start your website.

I'm use to looking at websites with more purpose. They have text with clear messages and goals. Your website is not laid out in a standard way and it does not look modern. I don't like flashing animated gifs unless they have a purpose. You need page titles and focus on keywords if you're after SEO. I would get a content management system and start using formats that look more up to date.

A lot of work is an understatement. I would suggest that you get a template set and add your content. There is no real content on the first page of the first site. Banners (I know this is controversial) simply don't work. The Flashing graphics I find to be annoying, nobody uses the marquee anymore, and please please loose the graphical page counter. There are counters that you can add that don't display but you can get the count. I do however like the fact that you are cloaking your affiliate links.

The second Page of the first site has a different header graphic (No continuity) also, your sign up form need to be sold. Just putting the free ebooks isn't enough in these times to get people to sign up. Name your list, make your customer think that they are becoming part of a group. People love to be part of the "in crowd". Make it something like "Jesse's Crew" or the "League of Future Millionaires" something like that. Tell your customer why they need to join your list, offer them guidance, and support. Give them Value in exchange for their email address. and again, you can find templates for opt ins. I do like the fact that you are using multiple income streams and I like the peel add. I did see that there is a pop up that my browser blocked (Another thing that people find annoying) Use a pop-under instead.

The second site is much better, it has some content. I would rewrite it and make is more conversational, I found that it reads more like a press release than a real review. Make it in the form of a letter, tell the reader a story about your experience with the Moremoney site. Get a date script so that the date updates to the current date. also, make the body text left justified. You should keep the headers centered but the text needs to be left justified. I do have to say, loose the cannon graphic. If you want people to open their wallet to you, you have to present yourself as a professional organization. The graphic is cute but save it for your myspace page. it has no place on a business web page. and everything that I said about the first site applies here also.

All in all, they are not that bad... They are better than my first site. It takes time and practice to do web design but sooner or later, a light will go on and you will find your own style. if you would like to see one of my sites that I am working on check out Mart-2k just understand that it is still under development. Do check out the savers club page and you will see what I was talking about on the opt in form. I hope this is helpful.
