War Room Member Corner Link

Prior to becoming a War Room member, I noticed a link in the corner. It was triangular, in the right-hand corner of the screen, always staying in that position, and on all pages. When clicked on, you would be taken to a page showcasing the benefits of being a War Room member. I want to utilize the same approach for one of my forum communities (sports niche) to promote its premium memberships. What HTML or script do I need to have added?

    The way I would do it is use a div overlay in the div container.

    But I see in your footer link your website is using simple machines. If you aren't a programmer, maybe ask over at simplemachines.org for a script.
