I really enjoy learning how to do stuff myself, and since I'm pretty good with graphics, I am attempting to build my own sales page.

I came across this sales page:

Does anyone have any idea how I can learn to build a site like this?

I don't need to know how to code from scratch, but rather I want to find some resource that I can design something like this with. Maybe a good visual website creator, or some good sources for templates.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    it looks a lot like Wordpress theme, i suggest looking from Themeforest dot net and buy one cheap in there and then find someone help you to customize it for you, cost efficient way to do things.
