Hello, I faces these type of errors. It is not clear to me about this erros. Please explain in a short.

    Generally they all refer to the same error code 'http error 403'. It occurs when you try to access a page that you don't have access to: either it's been configured that way by the site owner, or when you provide the wrong credentials.

      There is a permissions issue on the file/folder you are trying to access. It could be due to one of a million reasons. Nobody here will be able to help you with such little information.

      You need to contact your hosting administrator, although it's likely not their problem they might be able to help you out.

      Failing that you need to hire someone to fix it and give them access to your server via FTP.
