What is your opinion on using online drag and drop website designers vs website design programs?

Are there any drag and drop programs that have html editors and css editors also?

    I've been using DreamWeaver for a couple of years now, and it's the best in my opinion.

    I've tried a few of the free online website designers, and although they're easy to use and great for the average user, as an experienced webmaster and programmer I'd have to say that Dreamweaver outranks them all!

    Surely it comes down to using code application if you know how to code an using drag and drop if you don't know how to code. I don't know why you would use a drag and drop designer if you know how to code HTML and CSS. They are hugely constrictive compared to building/designing in code.

    Also, Joomla isn't a drag and drop designer.

    I use Coda 2, I have previously used Notepad ++, Dreamweaver and Sublime Text 2. I can hand's down say Coda is 10 times better than Dreamweaver. If I didn't have a mac, and therefore couldn't use Coda I would use Sublime Text 2.
