Default Cool Squeeze Page Testing Technique

Hey guys,

I've been working on a squeeze page the last 2 days and I just wanted to share how I test my squeeze pages.

1. I open up 7-8 squeeze pages from my niche.

2. I open up the squeeze page that I'm testing.

3. I do the "first glance" test where I go through each tab quickly and look at what a visitor sees when first visiting the site. It's helpful to do this quick, as you might pick up an idea that will fit into your squeeze design.

4. I quickly do a "full scroll" test to see what elements stick out on other's pages that might stop a "scanning" customer to read... how fluid is the scroll? What is out of place or ugly on their pages that I want to avoid or do 10 times better on mine? etc.

Hope this helps people who might have trouble with their designs. Look at what others are doing and study what you think works, and what you think is detrimental... then create the ultimate squeeze!

Cheers!
