Self Taught WordPress Guy Needing Help With Design Terms So I Can Execute 1st Digital Product Site

Hey gang,
Been reading a while now, this is my first post. I've been developing a training program to host the sale of online (ebook+video training). I'm a self-taught and avid Wordpress user, though I don't know the "terms" of the design business (ie: so I could just Google the answers or find templates meeting my criteria).

Essentially the "landing page" would host a 10-15 minute free training video introducing principles of the product and at the end there will be an offer to purchase the program. I'm thinking of exchanging the "free training" for an e-mail address (require e-mail to unlock the free training video).

QUESTIONS:
1) I currently use Mail Chimp on my Blog Site (separate from the program I'm developing) and am becoming familiar with their opt-in forms. Would this be sufficient in creating the initial point of contact signup form to open the video training?

2) Is there a video hosting service or a way to allow only a one-time playback on the video? And how would I end with the option to purchase - would I just add a URL/button below an embedded video to open a new page? Or is there a way for the site to autoload the next page, the "option to buy", after the video ends?

Thanks for taking time to read all of this.

    Hey mride, this should help

    1) Yep, you can use the Mailchimp forms in order to gather a sign up. Head over to Mailchimp for more specifics but you'll either integrate the form with your site or you'll actually dump the code from the form on your site. If the latter is the case, make sure you style it on the Mailchimp site first.

    2) Wistia has all the options that you are looking for here! No need to write anything else, check them out

I looked into this already, however from what I've seen I need to make 5 posts in order to thank someone?? Is this true?

      2 to go.

      EDIT: Done.
