    3. Your pages need great navigation.

    5.You should use sprites and small images.

    6.You should use appropriate colors.

    7.You should think local and write global.

    8.You should spell everything correctly.

    9.Your links must work.

    10.Your pages should have contact information.

      These steps are recommended for every site owner. Well I take care of each and everything mentioned here except for CSS sprites which I have not understood yet even after 10 tries to perform Usually it take between 1 to 4 tries to understand a function.

    A pretty vague question, and not really enough information to suggest a specific developer. Are you cheap? Are you looking for hand holding? What do you know about the internet? What is your design goal? What is your functionality goal?

    Would I, as a web development company owner even be interested in suggesting my own company? Or would I rather suggest a cheap developer who slaps together simple themes and plug-ins for people on low budgets?

    Nobody can tell those things without enough information. When a customer comes with little information, any developer worth their name will be skeptical.
