Need Advice for Choosing A Site Builder

I need a simple 5 or 6 page site where one page will be for Amazon affiliate products I recommend. Another page will be devoted to other affiliate products I recommend. My main business focus will be consulting services.

I don't know a lot about site building, but I would like to keep customers on my site when they make the purchase. I assume this means the affiliate transaction products would be within a frame. Is that correct?

I was looking at a WIX site and wondered if that would work for my needs? I am open to other suggestions. I'm not really interested in learning WordPress or dealing with scripts..just something simple.

Thanks so much for suggesting this option. Testimonials sound convincing, lots of video training, unlimited site building, and even phone support. It looks like what I may be looking for.

With any sitebuilder you'd be able to build a static website...
Well, you cannot extend your website's functionality in future (if needed)..
Why don't you go for Wordpress...
I assume that you do not have coding skills and so you're looking for a sitebuilder... I've seen this company that builds sites for free and teaches Wordpress as well, all this for free... You may want to check it out... Good luck...

It is a shame what services like wix and volusion do to the web design market. They attract the cheapest of the cheapest and the laziest of the lazy. Making the masses think that their "idiot proof" and "super easy" solutions are good for anything outside of a gradeschoolers vanity page.

If you want to fully control your online business, you will get real hosting and a domain name that you own, and build a website using a CMS that you can control. If you are just looking to pump n' dump a website that will go nowhere, or are lazy and uninterested in learning how to do business properly online, go with wix or equivalent.
