Site looks clean, all I would say is beware of using a brand name in your site name.

  Site looks great, I agree with the poster above though. You won't be able to use the trademarked brand name "telsa" in your website name.

  I don't see how I'd come across any legal issues unless I used Tesla Motors Inc in the address. I don't think the word Tesla by itself is trademarked?

Site looks nice and clean, some of your adsense ads get cropped when the window is resized, I'd consider using some CSS to switch them off below a certain browser width? You could then put in a smaller ad in its place. Just an idea maybe

The site looks good. One thing I would improve is in the photo and video area. When you visit those pages, the left portion of the page loads up white or blank with links on the right.
It would be better if the visitor was not greeted with a big blank space before they click on a photo or video. A pre-loaded photo or video in a framed out area would be more visually appealing. Overall, I like the look of the site though.

You may want to put videos in your "Video" section, and pictures in your "Gallery" section.

So I went ahead and called Tesla's lawyers about my domain name. We had a nice little conversation going, but ultimately I do need a new name. They did appreciate the support and like my site though.

New name idea's anyone?
